Adapting

Days in Ar.

She did feel lost. Ar was not like either Darmoth of the mountains or Rarir
so close to the sea...so far from the plains it was not funny. There were tall
Towering buildings, huge markets that seemed to go on and on, and a lot of
strange people...

Eliza would indeed admit she was lost tin her own right but some how the
small woman would work it out. She always did adapt to everything tossed at her
even when her sons left to be trained she adapted..as a woman should.

A funny thing was the little physician loved hiding up in the trees on the
property to write or make sketches This was her time alone a solace for her in
the day she could pray, meditate, or just think. She needed this time just to be
herslef.

Other times she dressed properly as a free woman of her caste, coverings
for her braided hair, and veils to match to go out on the streets to explore.
Yesterday poor Lea did not even recognize her. Eliza did buy a few things from
some shops for she only brought a little bit of clothing. She made sure it was
proper and not to offend. At home she was more great to be herself a Tuchuk sort
to say.

Many scrolls brought along with books on more medical things lined along
her sleeping couch though most times she would lay on the floor to read by lamp
light till she fell alseep. She wanted to keep up with things in life to be
prepared. There were some nighst she would just go sit outside when sleep evaded
her.

Liza did take time to pen scrolls to be sent to the old man who watched
over mother, and to each of the stables to be ready for Emma's audit. One would
find the scroll her sons were in and they would know where she was. Each scrolls
seal with a wax insignia from her brother's home .There was no one else to
contact really though she longed to see Ina again here in Ar.

For now more exploring and scrolls to those who could get her supplies for
the shop.
